Bousquet boasts an enviable location a few miles south of Pittsfield, the largest city in the Berkshires. With 21 trails almost evenly divided by ability level, two double chairs and three surface lifts, and most of the terrain available after dark, the mountain hums day and night to the sound of happy kids and adults. The kids may be laughing and learning in Bousquet’s Ski School, a fixture since 1935. The adults may be getting ready to hit the gates in a night racing league.
